摘要
患儿，男，17d，因吃奶差16d，反复抽搐3d入院，系第1胎第1产，足月因胎儿宫内窘迫行剖宫产，出生体重3．2kg，羊水Ⅱ°污染，阿氏评分不详，生后次日喂奶，吃奶差，哭声弱，易惊，外院颅脑CT检查示缺氧缺血性脑病、头颅血肿，给予营养支持治疗7d好转出院。
