摘要
针对偃龙煤田"三软"不稳定煤层特点,通过松帮卸压与U型棚"耦合"支护技术,解决了巷道支护难题;通过顶底板围岩力学性质研究,科学合理确定综采三机配套参数,尤其是支架参数;针对性提出了防治水方针措施,解决了采掘过程中易突水难题。克服了"三软"煤层支护、片帮、漏煤与支架钻底等技术难题,在偃龙煤田,首创性地实现了综合机械化采煤工艺,为"三软"不稳定煤层高产高效找到了新途径,实现了安全、经济效益双丰收。
Aimed at the "three soft" unstable characteristics in Yanlong coal field,through the technology of discharging pressure and U tent "coupling" support technology to solve the difficult problem of support.Through the research of floor rock mechanics properties,it determined compressors mining supporting parameters scientificly and rationaly,and especially stents parameters.Puts forward the control water policy measures to solve the problems during the process of mining.To overcome the "three soft" coal seam support,rib spalling,leakage of coal and drill support problems.It realized compound mechanized mining technology and found a new way to the high yield and high efficiency in "three soft" unstable coal seam and achieved the safe and economic benefit double harvest.
