摘要
以花生种胚作为外植体,以6-BA 2.0mg·L-1+NAA 0.5mg·L-1、6-BA 2.0mg·L-1+NAA 1.0mg·L-1和2,4-D 2.0mg·L-1+KT 0.5mg·L-1、2,4-D 2.0mg·L-1+KT 1.0mg·L-1为激素对花生种胚进行诱导,研究了不同激素配比对花生种胚的离体培养与植株再生的影响。结果表明:不同种类的外源激素对外植体的诱导作用不同,花生种胚愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS中加入6-BA 2.0mg·L-1+NAA 1.0mg·L-1。
Taking peanut embryos as explants, 2.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA+0. 5 mg·L^-1 NAA,2. 0 mg·L^-1 6-BA+ 1.0 mg·L^-1 NAA and 2.0 mg·L^-1 2,4-D+0. 5 mg·L^-1KT,2.0 mg·L^-1 2,4-D+1.0 mg·L^-1 KT as hormone combinations, the effect of the different plant hormone combinations on the peanut embryo in vitro culture and plant regeneration was conducted. The results showed that the induction of peanut embryo in vitro culture var- ied with the addition of hormone and the best medium for its induction was the medium MS with 2.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA and 1.0 mg·L^-1 NAA.
