摘要
伴随着经济社会的发展,人力资源在企业经营管理中的重要性越来越明显。作为我国国民经济支柱的国有企业,要在市场竞争中获取生存与发展空间,就必须高度重视人力资源管理。但是,国有建筑施工企业目前普遍存在着各种各样的问题。如何科学地做好人力资源的开发和管理,已成为这些企业首先必须考虑的问题。文章就这方面进行了论述。
As the economic society develops, human resource has been playing more and more important role in business operation of an enterprise. Serious problems exist in most state-owned construction enterprises including unreasonable structure of human resources, lower overall quality, and serious brain drain, etc. How to develop and manage human resources in scientific manner has become a problem in state-owned construction enterprise that shall be considered in priority, and the paper discusses this issue.
