循环流化床锅炉一次风机单台运行分析

Analyses of Single Primary Air Fan Running in CFB Boiler

300MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉设计为两台一次风机同时运行,主要提供锅炉炉内床料的流化风。当运行中出现一台一次风机故障需要停运检修时,就只能维持一台一次风机运行,此时锅炉的运行安全性就明显降低。通过一次风机单独运行时与正常运行方式时的对比分析,介绍了一台一次风机运行时的注意事项和成功经验总结,为300MW CFB锅炉遇到此类情况时提供了很好的借鉴作用。

There are two primary air fans in 300MW CFB boiler which provide fluidizing air when u- nit is running. When one primary air fan fault ,there is just one air fan running,at the same time,the safety performance is decreasing. According to comparative analyses of single air fan running and two running, it introduces successful experience and attentions when single primary air fan running and provides good reference for 300MW CFB boiler.
