本设备由热丝TIG焊机主机、FRONIUS焊接电源及送丝机构、FRONIUS热丝电源、电气柜、操作台组成,该设备拥有弧压控制系统,该系统为国内首次应用在热丝TIG焊机上的先进技术,它通过焊机检测焊枪和焊接材质之间的电压与触摸屏上得数据进行比对来对焊枪自动进行调整。每层之间的距离可通过触摸屏直接进行设定,提高了焊接质量。

The device is composed of hot solder TIG welding host, FRONIUS welding power supply, solder providing mechanism, FRONIUS hot solder power supply, electric cabinet and bench board. This device has the arc and pressure controlling system, which is an advanced technique used in hot solder TIG welder for the first time in domestic. The principle is detecting the pressure between the torch aod material by welder, then comparing it to the data showing on touch screen and adjusting the torch to an reasonable position antomatically. The distance of each layer can be set on touch screen directly, the quality of welding is improved.
