山西部分种猪场猪伪狂犬病分子流行病学调研 被引量:17

Molecular Epidemiology Investigation of Swine Pseudorabies in Some Pig Breeding Livestock Farms in Shanxi Province

摘要 猪伪狂犬病可引起母猪繁殖障碍、仔猪死亡并破坏猪的免疫系统,严重危害养猪业的发展。为了查清山西该病流行情况,对山西11个地市58个规模化种猪场进行了猪伪狂犬病分子流行病学调研。结果表明,山西种猪场猪伪狂犬病广泛存在,用PCR试剂盒检测猪伪狂犬病病毒感染率,最高的地区是朔州,为28.57%,最低的地区是晋中,为2%,平均为9.12%;用猪伪狂犬病病毒gE抗体检测试剂盒检测其感染gE抗体阳性率,最高的地区是朔州,为14.86%,最低的地区是吕梁,为1%,平均为3.20%;山西大部分种猪场都免疫猪伪狂犬病gE基因缺失弱毒疫苗,用猪伪狂犬病病毒gB抗体检测试剂盒检测其疫苗免疫gB抗体阳性率,最高的地区是晋城,为94.82%,最低的地区是长治,为41.26%,平均为79.33%。调研查明,山西种猪场普遍感染猪伪狂犬病病毒,疫苗免疫效果比较理想,但地区之间差异较大,今后要进一步加强该病的防疫免疫工作,有效控制其流行。 The swine pseudorabies could cause the sow reproductive failure, piglet death and destruction of the pig's immune system, and serious harm to the development of the hog industry. To identify the epidemic situation of Shanxi, the molecular epidemiology of swine pseudorabies was investigated in 58 large pig breeding livestock farms in 11 prefectures of Shanxi province. The results showed that swine pseudorabies widely existed in the pig breeding livestock farms, and the infection rate of PRV de- tected by PCR kit was 28.57% in the maximum area, 2% in the minimum area with an average of 9.12%. At the mean time, the in- fection gE antibody positive rate detected by pseudorabies virus gE antibody test kit w&~ 14.86% in the maximum area, 1% in the minimum area with an average of 3.20%. In addition, most of pig breeding livestock farms used swine pseudorabies gE gene dele- tion attenuated vaccine in Shanxi province, so the vaccine immune gB antibody positive rate detected by pseudorabies virus gB an- tibody test kit was 94.82% in the maximum area, 41.26% in the minimum area with an average of 79.34%. The research identified that the pig breeding livestock farms were generally infected with pseudorabies virus and the immune effect of vaccine was ideal, but the differences between regions were big in Shanxi province. Therefore it was needed to further strengthen the immunization of the disease prevention and effective control of its prevalence.
