In combination with the construction and practices on the enterprise cultural of Huainan Coal Mining Group Corpora- tion Ltd., the paper analyzed the formation and development history of the enterprise cultural construction and discussed the ac- cess of the enterprise cultural construction. Meanwhile the paper pointed out that to construct a first class enterprise culture would be a systematic project and a long term progressive process.
