摘要
目的 :通过使用新的通用脊柱内固定器械矫治脊柱疾病 ,获得更好的疗效。方法 :1997年 8月~ 1999年 3月共用TSRH系统手术治疗脊柱疾病 18例 ,平均年龄 17.2岁 ,术后随访 2~ 2 1个月。结果 :特发性脊柱侧凸 15例 ,矫正率在KingⅡ型为 65 .5 % ,KingⅢ /Ⅳ型为 5 7.3 % ;马凡氏综合征脊柱侧凸 1例 ,矫正率 60 % ;强直性脊椎炎驼背 1例 ,矫正率 86.5 % ,所有病例植骨融合良好无假关节形成 ,无脊髓神经损伤 ,植入物无松动折断。侧凸矫正丢失平均 5 .2° ,出现迟发性深部感染 1例。结论 :TSRH系统手术适应证广 ,安装方便易行 ,固定牢靠 ,术后无需外固定 ,早期离床活动 ,疗效满意。
Objective: To achieve better effects through the application of a new universal spinal instrumentation for the treatment of spinal diseases.Methods:18 patients underwent operations between August 1997 and March 1999 with TSRH instrumentation, aging averagely 17.2 years old. They Were followed up from 2 to 21 months. Results:In 15 patients with idiopathic scoliosis, the rate of curve correction was 65.6% in those with King Type Ⅱ curves and 57.3% in those with King Type Ⅲ/Ⅳ curves. In a scoliosis with Marfan′s syndrome, the rate of curve correction was 60% while 86.5% in a Kyphosis with Marie — Strumpell disease. In follow up,correction loss averaged approximately 5.2°.No cases of instability or pseudoarthrosis were observed.No neurologic and implant complications occurred.Delayed deep infection developed in one patient at six months postoperation.Conclusions:The authors consider the TSRH system including multiusage is easy to fix and contributes to early exercise. Any external fixation were not needed. And so the effects are satisfying.
