摘要
目的 :探讨脉冲电磁场对骨代谢的影响及对骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法 :选择绝经后骨质疏松症患者3 0例 ,年龄 48~ 82岁 ,平均 5 9.8岁。采用UNION -2 0 0 0型骨质疏松治疗系统进行治疗 ,每次治疗 40min ,10次为一疗程 ,总共 3个疗程。应用双能X线吸收骨密度仪分别在治疗前及治疗完成后 3个月进行L2~ 4 及wards区骨密度测定。采用腰痛疾患治疗成绩评分 ,评价临床症状改善情况。结果 :总疗程结束后 ,16例患者L2~ 4 骨密度平均增加 5 .64 % ,14例患者wards区骨密度平均增加 6.18% ,治疗前后骨密度值存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。腰痛疾患治疗成绩 :治疗前评分( 11.3± 2 .8) ,治疗后评分 ( 19.7± 3 .2 ) ,两者存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,改善率为 71.8%。结论 :UNION -2 0 0 0型骨质疏松治疗系统通过激活酶系统 ,改善骨代谢 ,对绝经后骨质疏松症具有缓解骨痛 ,增加骨密度的作用 ,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To discuss the therapeutic effect of pulse electro magnetic fields(PEMFS) to osteoporosis and its influences on bone metabolism.Method:According to the diagnostic standard of the primary osteoporosis of China,we selected 30 post-menopause women with osteoporosis as the cases. All cases were treated by using UNION-2000 osteoporosis therapy system.It took 40 minutes in each treatment.Total course included 30 times.Bone mineral density (BMD) in L 2~4 and wards area was measured by using LUNAR dual energy X ray bone densitometer.BMD was measured at the beginning of the treatment and at the end of the third month after the treatment.Results: 71.8% cases were obviously relieved of the pain after the treatment.There was an obvious difference between the BMD values detected before and after the treatment.Conclusions: PEMFS could improve bone metabolism and increase BMD.It is a convenient and effective method for the treatment of osteoporosis.
