摘要
目的 :本文通过测量和分析伽玛刀立体定向放射外科过程中靶点位置误差 ,提出保证伽玛刀治疗质量的建议。材料和方法 :通过胶片法分别测量靶点位置在 Z轴平面和 X轴平面上的总精确度。结果 :靶点在 Z轴和 X轴平面上距离的总精确度分别为 (0 .9± 0 .3) mm和 (0 .8± 0 .2 ) m m。结论 :靶点位置总误差主要来源于定位误差和治疗机的机械误差。定期对 MRI的空间几何失真测试以及结合 CT与 MRI进行靶点立体定位相当必要。
Objective: The paper puts forward the proposals for ensuring quality of the Leksell Gamma Knife(LGK) stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) by measuring and analyzing the errors of LGK in singular process. [WT5”HZ]Materials and Methods: [WT5”BZ]The precision and accuracy of target position in Z axis plane and X axis plane were measured by the film dosimeter. [WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ]The tolal precision and accuracy of target position in Z axis plane and X axis plane were(0.9±0.3) mm and (0.8±0.2) mm. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion: [WT5”BZ]The tolal error of target position stems from the spatial distortion of MRI and the graphical coordinate calculation and the mechanical error of LGK.
