摘要
目的 :研究治疗剂量超声波对机体组织尤其心肌组织超微结构有否辐射损伤。为临床开展超声溶解冠状动脉血栓的安全性提供实验依据。方法 :采用安全治疗剂量范围内高、低两种强度脉冲式超声波 ,经体表对大白兔作急慢性损伤实验 ,取经超声辐射组织作透射电镜超微结构观察。结果 :安全治疗剂量超声波对皮肤、骨骼肌、心肌和心脏小血管的超微结构未见急慢性辐射损伤现象。结论 :治疗剂量超声波可安全作用于心脏而不会造成心肌超微结构辐射损伤。
Objective: To evaluate whether therapeutic dosage of ultrasound has the radiation injury to the body tissues, especially to the ultrastructure of the cardiac tissue, so as to give an experimental proof for the safety of the coronary artery thrombolysis by ultrasound. Methods: 40 New Zealand rabbits were exposed to the external ultrasound which discharged in two out-put powers in the limit of the safe therapeutic dosage. The samples of the skin, skeletal muscle and myocardium which were exposed to the ultrasonic radiations were examined their ultrastructures under the electron microscope. Results: [WT5”BZ]Safe therapeutic dosage ultrasound mentioned above had no acute or chronic radiation injuries upon the ultrastructures of the rabbit skin, skeletal muscle,myocardium and myocardial blood vessel. Myocardium was more sensitive to the ultrasound than the skin or skeletal muscle. Conclusion: Therapeutic ultrasound could be used safely on the heart . It dose not cause radiation injury to the myocardial ultrastructure.
