摘要
目的 :探讨 X波段脉冲波孕期照射致大鼠子代脑功能发育障碍的神经电生理机制。方法 :以功率密度 5~ 2 0m W/ cm2的脉冲微波对孕鼠进行孕期慢性辐照 ,研究成年子鼠海马神经元单位放电 (HUD)和海马突触传递长时程增强效应 (L TP)的变化。结果 :在 10、2 0 m W/ cm2 功率组 ,仔鼠 HUD对奇异声刺激的增频反应受到抑制 ,仔鼠海马 CA1区强直性 L TP的强度及发生率降低 ,习得性 L TP无变化 ;5 m W/ cm2剂量无上述作用 .该结果与前期行为学实验结果相一致。结论 :HUD及 L TP异常与微波导致的胎鼠脑功能发育障碍有联系。
Purpose:To discuss the neuroelectrophysiological mechanisms of damage of brain function development in offsprings of rats exposed to X-band pulse microwave during pregnancy.Method:After chronic exposure of microwave with the power densities of (5 ~ 20) mW/cm 2 during pregnancy,hippocampal unit discharge (HUD) and long-term potentiation ( LTP)of hippocampal synaptic transmission in matured offsprings were studied.Result:In groups radiated with 10 mW/cm 2and 20 mW/cm 2 densities,the frequency-increasing reaction of HUD to oddal auditory stimuli in rat offsprings were prohibited,the intensity and inducing-rate of Tetanic-dependent LTP were decreased,Learning-dependent LTP didn't change;5 mW/cm 2 has not the effects mentioned aboveand. These findings correlated well with the former behaviral test results. Conclusions:[WT5”BZ]There is relation between abnormality of HUD and LTP and impairment of brain function development of rat fetus induced by microwave radiation.
