碳酸锂对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 用随机分组 ,前后自身对比设计方法观察了 18例NIDDM患者单用碳酸锂和美吡达及碳酸锂加美吡达治疗前后FBG ,FINS ,SI,SG ,KG ,Iarea0~ 2 0min的变化 ,发现单独用碳酸锂对上述指标无改善 ,单用美吡达可便FBG降低 ,KG ,SI ,Iarea0~ 2 0min增加 ,碳酸锂加美吡达后KG ,SI,Iarea0~ 2 0min也增加 ,与单用美吡达比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结果提示美吡达有改善胰岛素敏感性及胰岛 β细胞功能的双重作用 。 With self-matching, random design, we observed that the effects of lithium carbonate or glipizide a lone and combined lithium carbonate with glipizide therapy on FBG, FINS, SI, KG, SG, Iarea 0~20min in 18 NIDDM. It was found that lithium used alone was no effects FBG and increased SI, KG, and Iarea 0~20 min, glipizide reduced FBG and increased SI, KG, and Iarea 0~20 min in NIDDM. While combined lithium carbonate and glipizide therapy, FBG was decreased more marked, but there were no more effect on SI, KG, Iarea 0~20 min than lithium carbonate itself has only a limited effect on lowering FBG, however lithium carbonate increased the effect of glipizide on glucose metabolism. Glipizide had the effects of increasing insulin sensitivity and improving islet β-cell function.
