无菌骨科术后应用神奇归元方(丸)的作用

THE APPLICATION OF “SHENQI GUIYUAN FANG” AFTER ASEPTIC ORTHOPEDIC OPERATION: A Clinical Study

为了进一步观察神奇归元方 (丸 )内服促进无菌骨科手术后修复创伤与预防感染的临床疗效 ,以抗菌素作为对照 ,将 70例病人随机分为两组 ,治疗组 5 0例 ,对照组 2 0例 ,同等条件下治疗观察 2周 ,分别记录两组全身反应、局部反应消失时间、体温正常时间、Hb、WBC、总唾液酸 (T SA)、脂质结合唾液酸 (L SA)、刀口愈合时间等。结果显示治疗组优良率 88% ,总有效率 98% ,对照组优良率 5 5 % ,总有效率 90 %。两组疗效比较 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。说明神奇归元方 (丸 )是手术后促进病人康复及切口愈合的理想药物。

In order to observe the therapeutic effect of “SHENQI GUIYUAN FANG” (SGF, a TCD preparation) internally applied on injury repair and infection prevention after aseptic orthopedic operation, 70 cases of trauma were randomly divided into two groups: the treated (n=50 cases) and the control (n=20 cases), which were treated under the same conditions for two weeks by SGF and antibiotics, respectively, and the clinical data of the two groups were recorded, respectively. The recorded data included: the time when the general and local reaction disappeared and when the normal body temperature recovered, hemoglobin, white blood cells, total sialic acid, lipid combined sialic acid, the time of incision healing, etc. The results showed that the excellent good and total effective rates of the treated group reached 88 % and 98 %; while those of the control group reached 55 % and 90 %. The treated group had an advantage over the control (P < 0.01) in the therapeutic effect comparison of the two groups, suggesting that SGF is a ideal drug for promoting the postoperative patients recovery and incision healing.
