依普拉芬和雌激素对去势后雌性大鼠骨丢失的影响

摘要 目的  为了探讨依普拉芬对绝经后骨质疏松的防治作用。  方法  以去势后雌性大鼠作实验模型 ,应用双能X线吸收骨密度测定 (DEXA)及光镜图像分析方法 ,观察依普拉芬对去势后雌性大鼠骨丢失的作用及单独、联合和交替使用雌激素、依普拉芬对椎骨、股骨骨密度的影响。  结果  依普拉芬与去势组间骨密度有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,各用药组之间无显著性差异 ;光镜图像分析示去势组与依普拉芬组及其他各组间均有显著性差异。依普拉芬组与正常组间无显著性差异 ;依普拉芬组与联合应用或交替使用依普拉芬、雌激素组无显著性差异。  结论  单独用依普拉芬或雌激素能有效防止去势后大鼠的骨丢失 ;联合应用雌激素、依普拉芬不能增加疗效 。 Objective To investigate the effect of ipriflavone to postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods The DEXA and the optical microscope picture analysis were used to measure bone loss.The effect of ipriflavone to inhibit ovariectomized rats bone resorption use simple,combined or alternated with ipriflavone,estrogen.The optical microscope picture analysis and bone density of vertebra and femur were observed. Results The statistically difference of bone density had been observed between the experimental group and the ovariectomized group ( P <0 01).No significant difference among the other groups.The optical microscope picture analysis showed that bone trabeculae decrease and cortical bone become thin in the ovariectomized group.There were significantly difference between the ovariectomized group and other groups,but no significantly difference to the normal group.Similarly,there were no significantly difference between ipriflavone group and combined group or alternated group. Conclusion Ipriflavone or estrogen can effectly inhibit bone resorption in the ovariectomized rats.The combined estrogen with ipriflavone did not increas the effect and the alternate therapy can also prevent bone resorption in the ovariectomized rats.
