摘要
通过文献资料法,在探讨我国老年人体质健康状况的基础上,从运动对老年人健康体适能的五个方面——心肺耐力、肌肉力量及耐力、柔韧素质、身体成分以及平衡能力的影响来探析运动与老年人健康体适能的关系,为老年人科学健身提供理论指导。
On the basis of literature method, discussing the elderly's physique health status of our country, this thesis focuses on five aspects of the senior citizen' s physical fitness--heart lungs endurance, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility quality, body composition and the influence of the balance capacity to explore the study progress of sports so as to provide them theoretical direction of scientific body building.
