回顾和分析产业融合理论的相关成果可知,当前国内产业融合研究中主要存在以下几个误区:过于强调技术革新和放松管制的决定性作用;忽视消费需求升级和产业个性特征的影响;缺乏对产业融合与社会分工关系的合理解释;泛化产业融合作用下的企业战略反应;静态理解产业融合的影响与效应。产业融合是在生产要素自由流动的前提下,由技术和需求所驱动,经过模块化的分解与整合,使传统纵向产业结构在不断加强横向联系的同时,经历了三个不同发展阶段而形成的具有新产业属性、新业态的复杂性产业网络系统。

Through review and analysis of industrial convergence theory results, we know that the fusion of the domestic industry has the following misunderstandings： Firstly, there are too much emphasis on technological innovation and deregulation of the decisive role, ignored the impact of consumer demand for upgrading and industrial personality traits; Secondly, lack of integration of industry with a reasonable explanation of the social division of labor relations; Thirdly, generalization industry fusion under the action of the corporate strategic response; Lastly, static understanding of the impact and efforts of industrial of industrial integration. Industry integration is an industrial network system which is driven by technology and demand, after the modular decomposition and integration, the traditional vertical industry structure had continued to strengthen the horizontal linkages, gone through three different stages of development at the same time and formed the properties of new industries and complexity of new forms under the premise of the free movement of factors of production.
