摘要
探讨了影响常规地下车库结构设计经济性的几种主要因素,对地库层高、柱网布置及顶板覆土厚度等经济指标做了比较.重点比较了不同跨度、不同楼盖体系下的含钢量、混凝土用量、模板用量及综合经济指标,并从中找到较为经济的楼盖布置体系方式.得出在层高、柱距、覆土厚度等确定的前提下单向双道次梁的楼盖布置体系能使综合造价最低,为相关地下车库设计提供参考.
Several factors that influence the cost of the normal underground garage structure design are analyzed in the paper. Such economic indicators as the underground garage height, column grid layout and roof covering soil thickness are compared. We compare and analyze the factors like specific steel content, concrete consumption, template consumption and comprehensive economic index so as to get an economi- cal floor layout system. We come to the conclusion that the floor layout system with unidirectional double junior beam cost the least,which can be some reference for the design of the underground garages.
