新生儿全营养混合液的配制方法及稳定性研究

RESEARCH ON THE PREPARATION METHOD AND STABILITY OF TOTAL NUTRI- ENT ADMIXTURE (TNA) FOR NEWBORN

目的：探索新生儿全营养混合液（ＴＮＡ）的配制方法及临床应用的安全性。方法：用６０ｍｌ注射器按一定顺序抽取各种营养成分配成ＴＮＡ，观察有无沉淀、测ｐＨ值、用显微镜观察脂肪乳剂在ＴＮＡ中的颗粒大小、形态变化。结果：用该方法配制的ＴＮＡ，无沉淀现象，ＰＨ为 ６．２０±０． １２，脂肪乳剂加入 ＴＮＡ２４小时后，平均直径为０．３５μｍ，与混合前一致，颗粒完整。结论：用６０ｍｌ注射器配制ＴＮＡ，操作方便、稳定性好，经外周静脉输注 ２１６人次，无任何不良反应及并发症发生。

To probe into the preparation method and safly of clinical application of TNA by draw-ing various nutrients components in certain sequence with a 60ml syringe and to observe the presence or absence of sediment, PH value, and with a microscope to observe the size and morphologic change of granules of intralipid in the TNA. Results showed that TNA prepared with this method had no sedimentation,pH 6. 20±0. 12. After 24h of additon of intralipid in- to TNA,the average diameter was 0. 35μm and in accordance with that before admixlure,the granules were intact. Therefore,the method had the advantages of easy operating,good stability,and through peripheral intravenous infusion of 216 person-times,no adverse reactions and complications occurred.
