摘要
滚筒采煤机是现代综采工作面的核心设备,其失效率和可靠性对整个采煤作业有决定性的影响。从采煤机的组成结构出发,对其结构进行了一系列较简单的可靠性分析,并基于此寻求用专家系统的方式解决其可靠性问题,达到快速、准确、非专家亦可操作的目的。
Drum shearer is a core part of modern fully mechanized coal mining face, has a conclusive effect on the efficiency and reliability of the mining operation. This article carried out a series of relatively simple reliability analysis in aspect of the composition and structure of shearer, and set up an expert system to solve the shearer reliability problem to achieve a rapid and accurate operation.
