摘要
四合一铲斗是装载机的主要组成部分,在工作过程中可以实现装载、推土、刮平、装夹作业等功能。以四合一铲斗为研究对象,分析其斗容、基本参数,并进行铲斗上、下铰接点位置的确定及铲斗断面的设计。
The 4 in 1 bucket is the important part in a loader, being responsible for loading, bulldozing, calibrating, clamping in the working process. Taking a 4-irx-1 bucket as the study object, this paper analyzes its basic parameters, locates the upper and lower binge points of the bucket, and designs the section of the bucket.
