摘要
介绍了在3 300mm滚切式双边剪工作过程中,曲柄初始相位角之差、曲柄长度、连杆长度、导向杆长度等因素对剪刃重叠量的影响,为滚切式双边剪的设计提供理论依据。
In this paper, the working process of 3 300 mm double eccentric rolling-cut shears is introduced, and the influence factors of knife overlapping such as crank initial phase difference, crank length, link rod length, guide link length are analyzed. The study results provide a theory references for the design of double eccentric rolling-cut shears.
