通过对45钢进行正火、淬火、中温回火等热处理工艺后,能显著提高45钢的综合力学性能和切削加工性能,使其具有较高的弹性极限和韧性,使它的芯部强韧性及表面硬度都有所提高,大大降低了生产成本。
By normalizing, quenching and tempering treatment, the comprehensive mechanical properties of 45 steel is significantly improved, which is of good cutting performance, higher elastic limit and toughness. So its strength and toughness are improved, greatly reducing the production cost and increasing the economic benefit.
