加强高校新生党员培养教育的思考与探索

加强高校新生党员的培养教育具有十分重要的意义。与高年级学生党员相比,新生党员在入党动机、理想信念、宗旨意识、能力素质等方面表现相对薄弱,一定程度上影响了党组织在新生中的影响力和号召力。解决这一问题,必须立足于修补新生党员的素质短板,着眼于拓展教育活动载体,通过建立健全长效机制,加强对高校新生党员的培养教育。

It＇ s very important to strengthen the training and education of the freshmen party member of CPC in uni- versity. In contrast to the elder party member of CPC,the freshmen party member of CPC are weak in the motivation of joining the Party, the ideal and faith, the sense of purpose and the abilities and qualities. All of these aspects in- fluence the force and the rallying point of party organization in the freshmen. In order to resolve the problem, we must base oll the short slab of the inner quality of＇ the freshmen party member and attach importance to expand the carrier of the educatio~ activityi Through establishing and amplifying the permanent mechanism, to strengthen the education of the freshmen party member of CPC in university.
