高校学生资助经费使用效益研究

On the efficiency of subsidization for students in higher education

为提高高校学生资助经费的使用效益,文章通过对1 654份调查问卷的汇总分析,对高校学生资助经费使用过程中被资助对象资格的认定比较困难以及高校学生资助体系内外部环境中存在的若干问题进行了剖析,提出通过建立绩效评价体系、明确政府和高校各自的责任,提高高校学生资助经费的使用效率,促使资助经费使用公平、良好运行。

To improve the efficiency of subsidization for students in higher education, the paper analyzed 1654 ques- tionnaires and dissected the existing problems in the internal and external aiding system and the difficulties in iden- tifying the objects＇ qualification in the process of aiding. It put forward that we should improve the efficiency of sub- sidization for students and promote the fair use and proper operation of the funds by establishing the system of per- formance evaluating and specifying the responsibilities of government and college.
