关于浙江省蔬菜流通成本与利益的探究——基于卷心菜流通的案例研究

The Inquiry on the Current Costs and the Interests of Agricultural Products in Zhejiang Province——Based on the Case Study of Cabbage Circulation

以农产品蔬菜流通中的卷心菜为研究对象,通过对卷心菜的生产成本及流通成本分析,调查了从生产地到销售地(海宁至杭州、杭州至杭州)各农贸市场,再到消费者手中所经过的每个流通环节,以及各个环节中所产生的成本与利润。同时考察了流通市场中的实际利润分配状况,提出了如何提高农业生产率的对策及政策建议。

The cabbage in agricultural products circulation is studied in this paper. Based on cabbage production cost and circulation cost anal- ysis, an investigation has been made into each circulation link-- every farmers＇ market from the place of production to the place of sale （Haining to Hangzhou, Hangzhou to Hangzhou ） , from farmers＇ markets to consumers, and the cost and profit of all links. Meanwhile an investigation has been made into the actual profit distribution in the circulation market , countermeasures and policy suggestions have been put forward in order to improve agricultural productivity
