高职就业教育浅析

Analysis of the Higher Vocational Employment Education

中国要由人力资源大国向人力资源强国转型,高职教育责无旁贷。要实现"人人成才、人尽其才",中国的教育制度设计还存在较大缺限,笔者认为中国人的职业选择存在非理性因素,而人类的智能和高职教育都有其科学内涵,大众化的高职教育要从人的个体智能组合出发,培养其职业能力,促进党的"坚持育人为本"的教育方针落在实处。

Higher vocational education plays an important role in China＇s transition from big human resources country into strong human re- sources country. In order to achieve ＂All talents, give full scope to the talents＂, Chinese education system design has great limitations. The author thinks that Chinese career choice has irrational factors, while human intelligence and higher vocational education have its scientific connotation. The popularization of higher vocational education should set out from the individual intelligence combination, cultivate their professional ability, promote the party＇s education policy ＂We＇ll continue to give top priority to cultivating the integrity of students＂ to fail in real point.
