摘要
教学秘书属于高职院校教学管理第一线工作人员,是提高学校教学管理执行力的基础力量。十几年来,这支队伍一直存在着"临时性"、"年轻化"和"传声筒"现象,主要原因在于决策层不够重视、教师有偏见、岗位薪资低、队伍结构不合理、业务水平低等。高职院校的领导层一定要重视这支队伍的建设,从组织机制、激励机制、培训制度等方面加强教学秘书队伍建设,提升高职教学管理水平。
Teaching secretaries or assistants are the first line staff who take part in the teaching management in vocational colleges. They are also the fundamental workforce in the improvement of executive power of school teaching management. For decades, the team has the prob- lena of being "temporary", "younger" and "irresponsible". The main reasons for these problems are that the decision makers do not attach great importance to this group, teachers have bias, the salary is low, the team structure is not rational and the professional skill is poor, etc. Therefore, leaders of vocational colleges should pay attention to the construction of the teaching secretary group, emphasize the construction from the aspects of organization mechanism, incentive mechanism as well as the training system. By doing so, the level of teaching manage ment in vocational colleges can be enhanced.
