吴兴区农村有线广播“村村响”工程的实践与思考

Practice and Thoughts on "Cuncun Xiang" Project of Rural Cable Broadcast of Wuxing District

农村有线广播"村村响"工程实施三年多以来,在巩固农村舆论宣传阵地,促进新农村建设,实现科技兴农,应对自然灾害等方面取得了明显的成效,但同时也出现了一些问题与不足。为使"村村响"工程持续健康发展,更好地服务"三农",各级领导要进一步统一认识,重视这一惠民工程的发展维护,加大资金投入,建立长效管理机制和考核制度,创新广播内容与形式,以适应农村的发展和农民的需求。

The ＂Cuncun Xiang＂ project of rural cable broadcast has been carried out more than three years. It has played a positive role in many aspects, such as consolidating rural propaganda, promotiing new rural construction, developing agriculture through science and tech- nology, responding to natural disasters. But there are some problems and deficiencies. In order to make the ＂Cuncun Xiang＂ project develop healthily and sustainably, and serve ＂Three Farming＂ better, leaders at all levels should further unify their understanding, attach importance to the development of the project that benefits publics, increase capital investment, establish long- term management mechanism and ap praisal system, innovate broadcasting contents and forms to meet the needs of the rural development and farmers.
