中铝国际海外工程业务进展及风险管理

随着经济全球化趋势的迅速发展以及国家“走出去”战略的实施，越来越多的国内工程总承包企业参与到国际工程市场的竞争之中。中铝国际工程股份有限公司（以下简称中铝国际）正致力于开拓海外工程总承包和技术服务市场，自2005年以来，中铝国际以EPC工程总承包模式承建了多个国外电解铝、氧化铝项目。这些项目在总体上获得了成功，但在风险管理方面也出现了很多问题和挑战。本文对中铝国际海外工程业务进展进行了描述，对铝行业国际工程市场和中铝国际的竞争优劣势进行了分析，并重点分析了中铝国际在国际工程市场经历的主要风险及对策，本文以实际案例的方式对这些问题进行了阐述和说明。

By following the tendency of globalization and ＂Going Abroad＂ statistic, more and more China engineering companies are stared to be involved into international competition. China Aluminum International Engineering Co., Ltd （herein after referred as CHALIECO） is devoting its efforts to overseas engineering and construction projects. Since the year of 2005, CHALIECO had been constructed so many smelter and aluminum refinery projects as the EPC contractor. Although these projects were successfully constructed, during construction period, still have a lot of troubles existed which related to risk management. This paper will introduce the overseas business development of CHALIECO; the international market situation and the advantage and disadvantage of CHALIECO in detail. Meanwhile, this paper will selectively analyze the risks and solutions what CHALIECO had experienced before. All above mentioned topic will be stated by real case study in this paper.
