摘要
本文主要从国际工程中涉及的汇率、政治、保函、代理、标准规范等13个方面来分析可能会遇到的风险，根据笔者在工作中的工作实践，对风险进行分析，并阐述了成功的应对方法，以期望能与同行共同分享其中的经验或教训，并期望中国企业整体能在国际工程承包市场不断发展壮大。
In this Article, the Author analyzed the thirteen potential risks in intemational project contracting includ ing currency, politics, bond, agent, and code ＆ standards, etc. Based on its working experience in previous project sin overseas market, the Author has shared his experience on how to mitigate these risks successfully. So as to sh are his experience or lessons, and expected contractors from China could become more strong and strong in intem ational project contract market overall.
