As an important enzyme preparation with industrial value,alkaline lipase is widely used in pharmaceutical,chemical and other fields.This paper described the enzymatic properties,molecular structure,and genetic engineering breeding of the lipase,and focused on the alkaline lipase from Penicillium expansum in molecular biology research progress.
