摘要
[目的]筛选‘蓝月亮’荆芥的最佳组织培养条件。[方法]以带腋芽幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究不同外源激素对荆芥诱导、增殖和生根的影响。[结果]试验以0.1%HgCl2对荆芥消毒5 min为宜;以MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA为最佳诱导和增殖培养基;以1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA为丛生芽最佳生根培养基。[结论]该研究可为‘蓝月亮’荆芥的工厂化育苗提供理论依据。
[Objective] To determine the best tissue culture conditions of Nepeta nervosa ’Blue moon’.[Method] With tender stem of N.nervosa ’Blue moon’ as material,effects of different kinds and concentrations of hormones on the induction,multiplication and rooting were studied.[Result] The best sterilized time for explants was 5 min in 0.1% HgCl2.The optimum medium for the induction and multiplication of multiple shoot was MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA +0.05 mg/L NAA,the best medium for rooting was 1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L IBA.[Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical basis for industrial seedling of Nepeta nervosa ’Blue moon’.
