摘要 [目的]为红掌(Anthurium andraeanum)产业化育苗提供最佳施肥方案。[方法]以"粉冠军"组培苗为试材,在温室条件下研究了3种类型肥料的7种不同施肥方案对红掌组培苗生长发育的影响。[结果]全营养的营养液配方肥(A、B肥)叶面喷施配合控释颗粒肥根部施肥。进行产业化育苗生产成本较低,成活率最高,植株生长量最大;栽种5个月后统计,成活率达96.5%,平均株高达8.12 cm,叶片面积达10.9 cm2,SPAD平均值达66.5。[结论]全营养的营养液配方肥(A、B肥)叶面喷施配合控释颗粒肥根部施肥最有利于红掌组培幼苗生长发育。 [Objective] To provide the best fertilizing plan for industrial seedling production of Anthurium andraeanum.[Method] The tissue culture seedlings of "Pink Champion" were used as the experimental material,and their growth under seven different fertilizing plans of three types of fertilizers in greenhouse was observed.[Result] The nutrient solution(A、B fertilizer) for foliage spray,combined with controlled release granular fertilizer for root fertilization had the advantages of low production cost,the highest survival rate and the highest growth increment.By using this fertilizing plan for industrial seedling production of Anthurium andraeanum,the data statistics after five months showed that,the survival rate reached 96.5%,the average of plant height was 8.12 cm,the leaf area was 10.9 cm2,and the average of leaf SPAD was 66.5.[Conclusion]The nutrient solution(A and B fertilizer) for foliage spray,combined with controlled release granular fertilizer for root fertilization was the most beneficial for the growth of Anthurium andraeanum tissue culture seedlings.
