摘要
[目的]通过E玫瑰花环试验检测羊胎盘提取液的免疫活性及最佳活性浓度。[方法]设置3个浓度梯度采用E玫瑰花环法测定小鼠胸腺淋巴细胞和绵羊红细胞最佳浓度组合。在最佳浓度组合下,将45℃水浴45 min脱受体的淋巴细胞与未脱受体的淋巴细胞分别进行E玫瑰花环试验,检测羊胎盘提取液免疫活性;并将羊胎盘提取液浓度设4个梯度,测定免疫活性最高的羊胎盘提取液的浓度。结果表明,羊胎盘提取液有免疫活性,而且原液细胞浓度10-2/ml时免疫活性最高。
The immune activity and the best active concentration of sheep placenta extract were assayed by erythrocyte rosette test.Three concentration gradients were set up to use erythrocyte rosette method to assay the optimal concentrations of thymus lymphocytes and sheep red blood cells.The lymphocytes were put into the 45 ℃ water bath for 45min to destroy its receptor,and then compared with the lymphocytes without de-receptor by determining the concentration of sheep placenta extract by erythrocyte rosette test.Meantime,four concentration gradients of thymus lymphocytes were set up to assay the concentration when the immune activity of sheep placenta extract is the highest.The results showed that the sheep placenta extracts had high immune activity and it reached the highest when the cell concentration of basic solution was 10-2 /ml.
