捷拉邦囊螺早期发育研究

Study on the Early Development of Camptoceras jiraponi

[目的]探索控制捷拉邦囊螺发生的有效方法。[方法]从受精卵产出至孵化出膜,观察捷拉邦囊螺胚胎早期发育的形态学特征。[结果]捷拉邦囊螺的胚胎发育过程可分为7个时期:卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠胚期、担轮幼虫期、面盘幼虫期、匍匐幼虫期和仔螺形成期。仔螺形成后从卵膜中孵化。捷拉邦囊螺属于典型的包囊幼虫发育类型。[结论]该研究可丰富腹足纲贝类的发育生物学资料。

[Objective]The study aimed to discuss the effective control methods of Camptoceras jiraponi.[Method] From the occurrence of oosperm to the hatching of young snail,morphological characteristics of early embryo-development of C.jiraponi were observed.[Result] The development process of C.jiraponi was divided into 7 stages：cleavage stage,blastula stage,gastrulae stage,trochophora stage,veliger stage,crawling larvae stage and formation stage of young snail.Then the young snail hatched from egg membrane.C.jiraponi belonged to a typical development type of cyst larvae.[Conclusion] The research could enrich developmental biology materials of gastropod shellfish.
