摘要 [目的]为蓝舌病病毒的长期保存奠定基础。[方法]在70、-20、4和20℃下保存蓝舌病病毒1个月后,测定其毒价变化,研究不同温度对蓝舌病病毒毒价的影响。[结果]在室温和4℃下保存1个月后蓝舌病病毒毒价保持不变。在-70℃下保存1个月后蓝舌病病毒毒价从原来的5.5降至4.2。在-20℃下保存1个月蓝舌病病毒毒价变化最大,从原来的5.5降至2.8。[结论]长期保存时,应将蓝舌病病毒在-20℃下保存。 [Objective] The research aimed to lay the foundation for the long-term preservation of bluetongue virus.[Method] The titer changes of bluetongue virus that were preserved at 70,-20,4 and 20 ℃ for one month were determined to study the effects of different temperature on the titer of bluetongue virus.[Result] The titer of bluetongue virus had no obvious change after it was preserved at room temperature 20 ℃ and 4 ℃ for one month.The titer of bluetongue virus decreased from 5.5 to 4.2 after it was preserved at-70 ℃.The titer of bluetongue virus had the greatest changes after it was preserved at-20 ℃ for one month,decreasing from 5.5 to 2.8.[Conclusion] Bluetongue virus should be preserved at-20 ℃ for long-term preservation.
