蜜源生物液改良红星二锅头酒品质的评价

摘要 [目的]评价蜜源生物液改良后的红星二锅头酒的品质。[方法]采用容量分析法和紫外分光光度法对改良前后酒样的理化指标和卫生指标进行测定。[结果]改良后的酒样在理化指标和卫生指标方面均优于原酒样。[结论]蜜源生物液可改良红星二锅头酒的品质。 [Objective] To evaluate the quality of Red Star Erguotou improved by Miyuan bio-liquid.[Method] Volumetric analysis and UV spectrophotometry were used to measure the sanitary,chemical and physical indexes of improved wine samples.[Result] The sanitary,chemical and physical indexes of Red Star Erguotou improved by Miyuan bio-liquid were all better than before.[Conclusion] Miyuan bio-liquid can improve the quality of Red Star Erguotou.
