摘要
研究了农垦农业经营组织体制存在的问题,对农垦发展总部农业进行了swot分析,并提出了通过农垦发展总部农业的对策措施,即解放思想、提高管理效率、协调各部门协调配合、保持政府扶持的连贯性等。
The problems in the management system of agricultural reclamation were studied,then a SWOT analysis was carried out on the headquarters agriculture,and finally some development strategies were proposed,including emancipating the mind,improving the management efficient,coordinating each department and keeping the continuity of government support,etc..
