造口术治疗Fournier坏疽的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 Fournier坏疽是一种少见的累及肛周、泌尿外生殖器及会阴部的坏死性筋膜炎，以会阴部疼痛、肿胀为起病表现，全身中毒症状重，病变也可以向上蔓延累及腹壁及后腹膜，虽然罕见，但极为凶险。该病起病急、进展快，外科急诊清创是基本治疗方法，但对于是否同时行肠造口仍存在争议。笔者回顾性分析了近11年浙江大学医学院附属第一医院外科急诊手术的51例Fournier坏疽患者的临床病例资料，比较造口组与非造口组的术后恢复情况及效果，以探讨造口术在Fournier坏疽急诊处理中的作用。
