摘要
基础教育课程改革对地方高校师范生的培养提出了新要求,地方高校师范生培养模式存在培养目标不明确、课程体系设置不合理、课堂教学方法与形式落后等问题。为此,应以适应基础教育课程改革为目标,明确师范生培养目标、合理设置课堂体系、优化课堂教学方法与形式,创新师范生培养模式,提升师范生的职业竞争力。
The present normal students training model in Local Colleges and Universities has many shortages, such as vague object, unreasonable courses design, and outdated teaching method. To adapt the curriculum reform in elementary education, meanres should be made to clarity objectives, design reasonable courses, optimize teaching methods, and innovate student's cultivation model so that students can be more competitive.
