食管颗粒细胞瘤的临床、内镜及病理特征分析 被引量：6

摘要 颗粒细胞肿瘤（granularcelltumors，GCTs）是一种少见的具有恶性潜能的良性肿瘤，目前认为其来源于雪旺氏细胞。GCTs好发于皮肤、舌等组织，发生于消化道的少见，仅占全部GCTs的8％～10％。食管GCTs约占消化道GCTs的30％～50％，国内关于食管GCTs的报道不足20例。我们对本院近年诊治的8例食管GCTs患者的临床、内镜及病理资料进行了总结，现报道如下。
