摘要
介绍TGK46100高精度数控坐标镗床结构的动态性能分析方法。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立TGK46100的有限元模型,并进行整机模态分析。应用LMS模态测试系统对整机进行了模态测试,对试验模态与仿真模态进行相关性分析并修正仿真模型。研究表明:采用上述方法可有效地提高有限元模型预测的准确性,为机床的进一步优化设计提供依据。
The dynamic performance analysis method for TGK46100 high-precision NC coordinate boring machine was introduced. The finite element model of the machine was setup by using FEM software ANSYS, and modal analysis was carried out. The machine modes were tested by LMS modal test system. The correlation between the experimental modes and the simulation modes was analyzed and the simulation model was modified. The research shows that the method is effective to improve the forecasting accuracy of the finite element model. It provides base for the future optimal design of the machine.
