摘要 为了研究高速透气阀开启过程中气体的流动特性及其影响因素,首先根据透气阀的工作原理和工作过程,提出相应的假设条件,进而基于能量守恒定律、流体力学理论,建立透气阀开启过程的气体流动模型,并用MATLAB软件对模型进行求解和分析,得到了油舱容积分别为100 m3,1 000 m3时气体的压力、流速和流量随时间的变化关系,以及气体的流动特性与阀口的流量系数、阀口面积、气体的温度和密度以及绝热指数有关的结论。实验的结果与计算的结果吻合。 The corresponding assumptions were put forward firstly, according to the working process and principle of the high speed vent valve in order to study the flow characteristics of gas and their influencing factors during the open process. Then, the gas flow model of the open process was established based on the law of conservation of energy and the Fluid mechanics theory. At the same time, the MATLAB software was used to solve and analyze the model. The relationship among the gas pressure and flow rate and ve- locity changed along with the time was obtained when the oil tank volume was at 100 cubic meters and 1 000 cubic meters respectively. The conclusion that the flow characteristics of gas was related to the flow coefficient of valve port, the area of port valve, the gas temperature and density and adiabatic index was drawn as well. The calculation results are in agreement with the experimental results.
