摘要 电主轴的热态特性是电主轴整体性能的重要评价指标之一。以LabVIEW为软件平台,开发出一套专门用于全陶瓷高速电主轴的温升检测模块。该模块具有良好的实时性和可视性,能直观准确地检测出电主轴的内外温度场分布情况,并在试验中体现出良好的应用效果和实用价值。 The thermal character is one of the most important factors to the motorized spindle comprehensive performance evaluation. A module for measuring the motorized spindle's temperature was designed based on LabVIEW. This module has good real-time and visibility, which can be used to measure the temperature field situation of the motorized spindle visually and accurately. It has embodied a good result and value in experiment.
