摘要 论述盘旋管寿命测试试验台的构成、工作原理和设计特点。根据盘旋管在实际应用中的要求,确定了利用伺服电机提供动力,利用压力、温度传感器和光电编码器进行测试的设计方案。用户在控制界面设定循环试验次数后,控制台控制电机驱动负载进行试验,同时实时记录并显示试验次数。测控软件采用美国NI公司的交互式C语言开发平台LabWin-dows/CVI 9.0开发。试验结果表明:该试验台能较好地满足盘旋管各项动态试验指标的要求。 The composition, working principle and design characteristics of the tube life tested bench were discussed. According to the practical application requirements of the coiled tube, the design scheme using servo motor to provide power, pressure, temperature sensors and photoelectric encoder to test was determined. After setting cycle test time, motor was controlled to drive load and the test time was recorded and displayed. Measurement and control software was developed by using interactive C language development platform LabWindows/CVI 9. 0. Test results show that the tested bench can better meet the needs of all the dynamic test requirements of coiled tube.
