摘要
分析了双向缓冲负荷传感大流量放大全液压转向系统的工作原理及系统的元件组成。根据系统的工作原理,在MSC.Easy5仿真软件中,建立了各个元器件的仿真模型,并根据各组成部分的关系建立了整个转向系统的仿真模型。结果表明:该转向系统可以使转向器输出流量放大4倍,并且具有双向缓冲和转向稳定的良好性能。这些结论对进一步的产品升级和优化设计具有非常重要的指导意义和参考价值。
The working principle of bidirectional buffer load sensor large-flow amplification hydraulic steering system and the system's components were introduced. According to this system's working principle, the simulation models of every components were built and they were composed the simulation model of whole steering system based on the relationship of every components by using MSC. Easy5. The simulation results show that this system can realize the function enlarging 4 times flow and has good performances of double buffering and stable veering. The results are very important to upgrade and optimization design.
