球面磨床磨头动力部件的模态分析与优化

摘要 利用Pro/ENGINEER与ANSYS Workbench软件的无缝集成,建立SMG63H型数控球面磨床磨头动力部件的三维模型和有限元模型并进行模态分析,根据模态分析结果以及实际磨削过程中存在的颤振现象,发现结构设计的薄弱环节,提出优化改进设计方案。通过有限元分析和对比,采用改进磨头结构形式,缩短磨头悬伸长度和增大主轴轴径等措施提高了磨头动力部件的固有频率,优化了动态特性,为该型机床的进一步动力学研究及优化设计提供参考。 By using seamless integration with Pro/ENGINEER and ANSYS Workbench software, three-dimensional model and fi- nite element model were built for grinding power head of SMG63H numerical control (NC) spherieal grinder, and modal analysis was made. From modal analysis results and flutter phenomenon existed in grinding praetieal process, the weak link of structural design was found, and the modified and optimized design was proposed. By finite element analysis and eomparison, the natural frequency of the grinding power head was improved, and the dynamic characteristics was optimized through modifying grinding head's structure, reducing the length of overhang of grinding head, increasing spindle diameter and other measures. It provides reference for further kinetic studies and optimization to the machine tool.
