基于统计理论的人脸检测是利用统计分析与机器学习的方法寻找出人脸样本与非脸样本各自的统计特征,再使用各自的特征构建分类器,使用分类器完成人脸检测。介绍了基于统计理论的人脸检测的主要方法,并对各种方法进行了比较。

Face detection based on statistic theory is using statistical analysis and auto study to looking for different statisti- cal character between face sample and non-face sample,and designnig sort using each character,and completing face detec- tion using sort.It introduces sort of face detection based on statistic theory and compares flaws every means.
